I feel that it was okay. I havent had any problems with it.

I bought one on sale; I was walking out with my new & old computer (both of which I bought at Best Buy), and the receipt checker flat out told me that the old computer was the worst computer - and they still sold it to me!

It took 3 weeks for them to replace the keyboard. They were supposed to call when it was done. today was the 3rd week. I took the trip
to the Bestbuy and asked about when it would be done. It turns out it was there and had been for a few days.
When I asked why I was not called he gave me my old phone number. Flat out lying. The correct number is on the service invoice.
Three weeks to fix a computer these day is totaly unacceptable.The service was done under an extended contract we
took when purching the machine. For the price of that contract I could probably have had this fixed localy and  
much quicker.I would defininatly NOT recommend buying an extended service contract from this group.

Do look in the store for the "brightest bulb" working. Do ask many questions and be knowledgeable about your topic of interest. Do allow the store person to finish their discussions with you.
Do not be general, be specific.

Frustration followed by obstinence. Don't expect to be approached by helpful staff; do expect to be ignored. Know what you want before you get there.

They provided free and home service to come out and do the consultation, but several others were not willing to do that on the home theatre system.  They did a great job.  I would use them again in the future. 

The Geek Squad came out ahead of time. They were very nice. We had trouble getting the cable fixed, and they did it for us. They did a beautiful job in every respect.

They delivered it and had the Geek Squad come out and set it up. They were prompt, courteous, and on the money! They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them.
