Mortgage Companies
Working with Trey Dowdy and AAXA mortgage was great! This was my first house purchase and refinance. I originally used AAXA mortgage because Trey Dowdy was able to provide the best rate when comparing Good Faith Estimates. In addition, Trey did an excellent job of answering all my questions and went through the Good Faith Estimate line by line with me where I didn't understand things such as prepaid items. He also explained how locks work and how to extend them. He responds to email and phone calls in a timely manner and is incredibly informative and helpful. I would definitely use him again and recommend shopping his rates to anyone.
