Great!! This was my first time using this company and I was so pleased with their customer service. The tech was nice, on time, repaired quickly, communication was great. This will be by go to for any garage issues I have in the future. Came out and did the repair same day I called, which was great, because I couldn't get my car out of the garage.

I left a message for them Wed. night that we needed someone to come the first thing the next morning as I had a 9 AM doctor's appointment and would like to get my car out. They called the next morning and arrived soon after. He got the door up so I could get to my appointment and determined that the spring had broken. He replaced the spring.

Good communication prior to the day of work. Prompt arrival for 8 AM job. Completed the work and cleaned up in under 40 min. Took time to review new system features and functions. They were outstanding in customer service and quality of product. My new garage door opener can be operated by my phone from anywhere. It also will notify you if the door is opened, or left opened. The day after it was installed my 18 year old spring broke and I couldn’t get the door opened. I called and in 45 minutes the installer was at my house to repair the springs.

I called at 8:10 am on 5/11/2017. Repair was scheduled with a window of 10:00am to 2:00pm on the same day. Technician arrived 11:45 am and all repairs completed by 12:45pm. Excellent service and quality work. I would definitely hire again.
