Provider called the day before the appointment to confirm. Arrived promptly, worked efficiently and did an excellent job. I have had Mr. Farriss clean our carpets previously and would hire him again.

The men came right on time, took care of two carpets and even spot cleaned spots in two other rooms (without charge) where my dog had an accident. I used them previously to clean an area that my dog also messed up and they had to take it to the shop to clean it and came back looking good. Very nice polite men and I thought reasonable.

Excellent service from an owner-operated Wilmington small business. He was happy to bring a worker with him to help him move some heavy furniture because of my recent surgery. All furniture was placed on foam blocks so the wood would not contact the carpet while drying. The carpet dried in 6 hours as he said it would. He used a hot water (steam) sprayer with recovery suction which did an excellent job of removing odor and dirt and also would have killed any carpet beetles or insect eggs.

He arrived on time. Very nice and pleasant. One hour and 1/2 total . Removed soil spots. He was recommended by a local jeweler. Very pleased with his work and I would recommend him and would call him again. Recommended him to a friend. She used him and was very pleased with his work.

The workers arrived promptly, got straight to work, and left my home in better shape than when they came. They got strated quickly and worked cotinuously without wasting any time. Stains were removed from my carpet that no one else had been able to do.

Prompt and courteous on his arrival. Provided an estimate to accomplish whole house and was able to accomplish several rooms during this visit with remaining at another scheduled time at my request. He moved all furniture and placed on foam blocks to allow wall-to-wall carpeting to dry. Removed all stains that were pointed out. Excellent job.
