Factory Fix Auto Repair

The provider had my car for over a week and did not check on it until I went up to the shop to see if it was done due to the fact he would not return my calls at all. When I arrived around lunch time on a Monday he had not been to work yet so I had to come back around 4 and he was finally there. He told me what was wrong with my car. As I was getting into my car I noticed a huge dent in the back rear panel that was absolutely not there before. Also there was children's clothing in my car and one of my car seats was in the trunk and my infants car seat base was unlatched!!!! I was pretty mad he came out and then proceeded to inform me he had an emergency and had to drive my car to pick his children up!?!? I wanted to say "So you own a car shop but somehow my car was the one you drove?" So a dent in my car, car seats removed, cigarettes in my floorboards(which I am not a smoker) and my gas tank was completley empty, to the point where the light stayed on! When I addressed him later after seeing everything the next morning he was very rude and said he would not do anything to make things right because he knew I would not be bringing my business back to him. I thought about small claims court but just didn't seem worth my time and w laughed and told me to go ahead when I mentioned small claims. Meaning he's been there before, no surprise.

I would recommend them to anybody. They are quick and cheap. The people I have worked with there are very pleasant and they know what they are doing. They don’t try and screw me because I am a girl, which a lot of garages do. They are great, and I trust them. I would use them again in the future if I can find them; I know they moved.

I have had problems with my car and they have fixed them perfectly. They are quick, cheap and reliable. Last time they fixed the problem for nothing. I was on my way to Florida and my engine light came on and they ran a diagnostic on it. Then said it was okay to drive and just let me go.
