Examined the crawl space, took pictures and, on the same day, emailed the pictures and a list of what needed to be done, Very professional and very knowledgeable.

We were extremely pleased with the inspection done by Gene and Michael. They did a fantastic job of checking every inch of the home and marking down everything that needed to be addressed. They allowed us to be present and pointed out different things as they came up and did a thorough job of explaining exactly what the issue was and if it was a serious problem or not. They explained common issues of the "era" in which the home was made and ensured that those things in particular were carefully examined. They were extremely friendly and professional. I was very pleased that Gene got up on the roof to check it out rather than just using binoculars like many inspectors do. We got even got our report back in full the same evening! I would absolutely recommend Eye Spy to anyone who wants a quality home inspection.

Excellent. Lots of suggestions and very thorough.

He found it to be well built, a few problems, and definitely worth our trouble and time to bring back to livable shape. He was very thorough -- over, under, inside, outside, all over, complete. Gave us a full written report after that gave us good guidelines of what we needed to do.

The inspections went very well. Eye Spy is very thorough and professional with detailed reports and pictures. I would definitely recommend Eye Spy for home inspections. It is well worth the money. The owner has many years of experience as a general contractor and home inspector.

Very easy to schedule, they did everything possible to accommodate my schedule, inspected house thoroughly, pointed out minor flaws and minor fixes, even gave discount since it was a simple inspection of a newer home. Very professional.

Gene was able to accommodate my inspection on short notice. He conducted a very thorough inspection covering the entire home from its foundation to the very top roof shingle and provided a very detailed report of all found issues. I am very satisfied with Gene’s professional service and would definitively hire again should I need another home inspection. Keep up the good work!

.Although it was short notice, Gene fit us in and did an extremely thorough home inspection. He was professional and answered all our questions. We had a copy of the written report within 1-2 hours from completion. We did not end up buying the home, but will definitely use this company again.

Overall, I have been very happy with the experience that was provided by Eye Spy Inspections. The report was very comprehensive and he spent approximately 4.5 hours performing the inspection. He did not get upset when we had to change the appointment and he was very helpful in answering questions about the inspection as well as answering questions about the report. There is no charge for his time when you call with questions. He is professional and he is great if you need an inspection on an older home. This is kind of an area of expertise for him that not everyone would have. We felt it was worth the money because you want to know what you are getting into when you buy a house that is over 100 years old. I would say that since he returned my call quickly after the inspection and after he had his money that I would consider him to be very responsible and an individual that really cares about providing excellent customer service and a quality product, the Inspection Report itself. We were lucky as the house we are buying had several things that needed to be fixed (relatively easy fixes) but could have been potential problems if not addressed. However for the sellers these were relatively easy things to fix and for us it meant peace of mind on the purchase of our soon to be new home. We feel grateful that we found Gene and grateful that the sellers were happy to fix all the issues on the report. Happy buyers and happy sellers. Another thing to mention is that there was one very small mistake on the report which the sellers had asked a question about as they too knew quite about about older homes and when I called Gene to ask about it he called me back very quickly and I was about to tell him what it was about but he had already read the email I had also sent him and had reviewed the report again and saw that it was a mistake on one item but he quickly addressed it and apologized for the mistake. This let me know that he was also an honest man who did not hesitate to let me know that he had made a mistake and he even explained how the mistake was made which was not necessary but I understood how this could easily have happened. I feel that he has integrity. I felt very comfortable talking with Gene as well and he talked to me in language I could understand without talking down to me, as I don't know much about construction. My husband and I highly recommend his services.

Gene was great. He provided a VERY detailed report, including detailed photos of the issues he found during the home inspection. He also provided further info and advice over the phone. He was very easy to work with, and very friendly and helpful.

Arrived on time and proceeded with a thorough and professional inspection. Very knowledgable and took about 3 hours to inspect the home. He found a few minor things that were well documented in his report. We've been in the home 3 weeks and have not found any other issues. Would highly recommend.

Services were provided as promised, on time, actually were charged LESS than we were origanally quoted and Gene (company owner) has helped us with follow up questions, free of charge, a number of times since our inspection. Highly Recommend.
