I have always had very positive experience with them. They are very professional. I have had them do things from eliminating snacks to bee nests. They even dug out dead mouse out of my dryer vent.

Salesman Matt was very responsive, gave thorough inspection and explained services. Today, the service tech, Scott, came here and did applications to house and yard. He was prompt and explained everything he was doing.

Because it is safe for the environment a very non-invasive way. So the appointment went very well and my contract with Economy will continue because they are very very good honest reliable people to work with.Because The box asking cost will not allow me to put $35 a month for the cost I’m putting it right here right now

They got the job done, which took a while, but they stuck with it until they were successful. All of the people who came to our home were skilled and professional and told us we would receive a call from the office to schedule the next inspection. That didn't always happen. Once we were surprised by an early morning knock on the door. Another time we learned that an appointment was scheduled the next day only when we called the office to report continued rat activity. Don't expect to get the job done for $99. They will suggest other services, which you will probably need, and they will offer additional services unrelated to the original problem. Aside from the communication problem, they did an excellent job and we would call on them again.

Very professional and responsive. Highly recommend their services. We have them on contract for monthly inspections. This was one of our best investments considering the region is constantly under siege by pests. We receive detailed quarterly reports on the work performed.

2 weeks ago I called Economy Exterminators to have our new house we just moved into treated for roaches. For over 2 months we had been trying everything we could to get rid of them and they kept on coming back. Paul came the following day after calling and inspected the house. He was not only very thorough but also very professional and put us at ease on his company being able to handle the situation. He addressed all of our concerns and took his time to be sure we understood the process. The following business day his associate Mo came to our house and treated our house. He was extremely professional as well and explained what he was going to do and addressed our concerns about having a toddler in the house and exposure to the chemicals. Although it has only been about a week and they said it would take about 3 months to get rid of the roaches completely, we have only seen 2 inside the house since then. Whereas, before we would see on average 2-3 per day. Needless to say, we are very happy with their customer service and results thus far. I called around and had other inspectors come for an estimate and it was horrible, to say the least. The other company turned away our business saying that there was no way we could ever get rid of roaches since our house was built on a swamp! I would highly recommend Economy Exterminators to anybody looking for a great exterminator.

They were awesome! Great communication, great work, very helpful! We had rats in our attic and they plugged the hole where they were getting up and fixed both crawl space doors. Our moisture in our crawl space was 22% in the wood and 95% humidity. They put down a vapor barrier, plugged the vents and put in a dehumidifier and now it's 14% moisture and 58% humidity after only two weeks. Matt was patient and gave us a lot of information. Mo did a great job installing everything (even in the rain) I highly recommend this company. Thanks guys

We called and within 2 hours, Paul was inspecting our house. And Scott came the next day to apply the treatments. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward about the services. Scott was on-time, friendly and explained what he would do. He locked up when he left and even covered our fish tank which we had forgotten to do.

These guys are amazing! They came out for my initial consult on the exact day and time I requested, and they were even able to start treatment that same day! The staff are very friendly and really know their stuff! They even came and did a touch-up treatment a few weeks later when I found a bug near the front door, and the extra treatment was at NO COST! These guys are great!

They did a great job. They gave me a lot of information and were able to get rid of them. They went into the attic and checked for holes. They came out weekly and did what they said they would do. They were very responsive to anything I needed and I would highly recommend them. I would use them again.

Paul came out and thoroughly inspected outside/under house. Gave a very detailed report. Answered all questions. Went over options. I knew exactly what to expect. Scott came out help decide best approach and answered any questions. All appointments were on time. Moe worked diligently to put in sump pump and drains. From office staff to workers; very reliable and courteous.

I have to say that my appointment went so much better than imagined. Let me say Paul Jarrell is a very prompt and knowledgeable person. I have dealt with another company in the area and was very disappointed with them. Paul was right on time (even early), my dog adored him and most importantly he went above and beyond to put me at ease. Paul checked my house out inside and out to ensure we made the right choices. I called because there is something dead under the house. The vents around our house are not keeping out what ever it is that wants to go in. Paul went and checked everything out. Checked out all of my spider and bee issues as well. Paul spent a great deal of time to ensure I understood everything and left it up to me what I wanted to do next, no pressure! We found the right plan for me and for my home. He got on with the schedule and arranged service this week and all of my vents replaced. Really happy that my home will be protected so I don't have to worry about stinky dead animals again!
