I spoke w/ Ryan (a co-owner) months ago when he came out to access and provide a quote. After receiving quotes from 2 other local companies I chose East Coast Cuts and continue to use them.

Have used East Coast Cuts several times. Ryan Ragon is very professional and thorough, making sure he understands what you want and he delivers. Have not had issues with quality or performance. Cost may have been a bit high for what we had done, but then, you do get what you pay for. Definitely recommend.

We have trusted our yard care to the East Coast Cuts crew for quite some time now. They have done an excellent job of cutting and grooming the grass as well as pruning the many Crape Myrtle trees we have that are now, and have been, the envy of the neighborhood.
However, areas of our lawn were showing significant wear as well as sever weather damage. We decided to contract this excellent firm to replace the problem areas with new sod recommended and installed by them. This was one of the best decisions I've made in recent years.
After creating a detailed and quot;mapand quot; of the designated spots, they then discussed which me the various types of grass sod to use. Their recommendations called into attention the amount of sunlight and shade and how each would be affected. Following my decision on the suggested brand, they went to work removing the old sod and, wonderfully, prepared the the soil for the installation. It was like watching a professional seamstress work with a delicate piece of fabric carefully tucking the edges to match up with the sidewalk and mulch materials where plants and bushes are located. Finally, when finished, they spent time with us going over the proper watering process helping me understand the frequency and amounts to be used ... ... ...and why.
Today, the job continues to look perfect and I could not be more pleased! This East Coast Cuts crew is efficient, on-time, highly professional and, in my opinion, the best operation in the Greater Wilmington area!

I have used East Coast Cuts several times and have found them to be excellent in all aspects of their service. Ryan and Patrick Ragon are the owners and are professionals with a good business sense. They know what to do to please their customers. Every time, they have been punctual, quick to respond to calls and have always done good work. Ryan has even come by after the work was complete to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I wish every service provider I have had do work at my house were as good as these guys.

The professional crew of lawn care specialists at East Coast Cuts have been doing the grooming of our lawn for quite some time. Their attention to detail, expert trimming, and cutting in addition to clean up has been absolutely exemplary. In addition to this outstanding lawncare, they have been pruning our 7 crepe myrtles for approximately 10 years. The results have been absolutely magnificent. So many organizations don't understand how this is properly done, which results in crepe "murder". East Coast Cuts enhances the natural beauty of the tree. I highly recommend them for all your yard work.
