I needed it on a special state form, and they did it. I had tried other companies, but they weren't willing to do that. They gave me a really good inspection. He went over everything for an hour and didn't create a lot of hassles or issues with the output that he gave me. He was straightforward and honest. He gave me the state report and I got my house refinanced. They did a good job. Their response was intelligent. They weren't doing a sales pitch for anything else. They just took care of me.
