The technician (Al) looked at my system and reviewed the error code. He wondered why that particular error code was displayed. He checked several components and the code persisted. He literally called the manufacture to discuss it with their expert. They conversed for over a 1/2 hour exploring several options. They narrowed it down until they figured out exactly what was going on. He was then able to repair the system. I was quite impressed with his determination to get to the bottom of the issue. I also liked that he asked to be proactive and test the system for a future problem. He did find a small leak that would have caused me problems down the road. He fixed the leak with no additional charge.

Service man was very informative and explained it all to me....fixed everything and cleaned up the outdoor unit ...did a great job in a timely manner. GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!

Went very well. Dixon showed up on time, performed all the work specified in a timely manner and I felt they did an excellent job.

When our a/c unit suffered some damage, I called Dixon's immediately. We've been using them since 2009 and they've performed service three times. I spoke with Ray, told him what happened and he said he'd have someone there at 8am. Kregg, the technician, arrived and put cardboard down to keep from tracking mud as the backyard has just been dug up.
He confirmed the damage to the wiring, inspected the rest of the unit and repaired the wiring.
He stayed long enough to find out if the cooling was resolved and tested the output, wrote the invoice, I gave him a check and he left. He was polite, professional, and personable.
As I sit here writing this, I'm in frosty cold a/c and very happy.

We had a leak and had to replace the refrigerant. They charged per pound, which was $60. Afterwards, I called other companies who only charge $30 - $35 per pound. I called and spoke to him about this and he said his price is competitive. He didn't charge to fix the leak since it wasn't a large leak. He never gave me pricing on the refrigerant. I feel that I may have been taken advantage of because I'm ignorant in this type of work and would have talked to my husband about this.

I was very pleased with his work. He did a great job and I would recommend him.
