Dimone Plumbing has to be the most responsive plumbers I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They have come to my house on four occasions and are already scheduled to return. They first came out to repair a shower, all it needed was a "stem" replaced. They came out again to go under our crawl space and remove much of the old galvanized steel plumbing no longer in use from under the house. They came out again to isolate and cap a well line that used to feed the house, so that when we repair the well it cannot flood under the house. They came out this last time to replace drain pluming under the crawl space that had corroded and begun to leak. They are coming out later this week to install a reverse osmosis water filtration system, as we get our water from the (GENX) polluted Cape Fear River. When we had an emergency (as in a leak under the house) they were on the scene within an hour! Wow! Very Impressive! The price below is a total of what I spent with Dimone Plumbing for the first four visits.

The plumber came within the hour of my calling for an emergency because the water would not turn off. He correct the problem temporarily until he could procure the Foreign part and repair another part. He returned the next day and completed the job. Everything then worked perfectly.

This company came highly recommended, but .... Since I had already obtained the parts, the faucet leak was fixed very quickly. And it did not take long for the service provider to determine that the shutoff valve was not leaking. I understand that there is a charge for a service call, but $130 seems pretty expensive considering the work was done in about 15 minutes.

Could not have asked for any better! Al was on time, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. The toilet was an easy fix for him, given his experience with pressure-assist toilets. The hot water heater had a small leak that was causing it to trip the breaker. Al was upfront and honest about the problem, and I had him replace it. The parts were delivered that afternoon, and Al was back the next morning. Within an hour, he had finished the work. Best plumber I've ever hired, and will only call him in the future.

Great - same day service, responsive and personable staff

Once they diagnosed and gave me an estimate I asked it it was worth it or should I replace the unit. They stated that I was replacing the most problem some of the unit and it should last for a good while longer. The only other item would be the bottom of the tank would rust out. they stated that since it was in the garage and protected it should not be an issue. when all was finished the helper was on the floor cleaning up and I asked how does the bottom of the tank look. he stated ok it will keep you going for another year or so. if i knew that I would probably have replaced the 10 year old tank.

They were excellent.

Called on Monday morning with a drainage backup problem. Al was here within two hours. He was courteous, friendly, professional and got the job done quickly. We will use him for other things without hesitation including for some bigger projects.

The first time I contacted Al DiMone was about installing a water purifier, and he answered all my questions by email, then scheduled the installation promptly, and all went well. Today was a MUCH bigger deal. What can only be described as a big and disgusting plumbing emergency. He had a team to my house within a couple hours, and when the job turned out to be bigger than anticipated, he arrived as well. The guys spent a couple hours, got the job done, and basically saved the day. Very professional, friendly, and very reasonable prices! My go-to guy now for anything plumbing related.

Al answered my call personally, and came out to do an estimate the same day. He was able to schedule the work within a few days, which was important to me since I was on a bit of a time crunch. Al and his crew were fantastic! Moving the water heater and washer/dryer to another room was not a simple process, but they were able to run all the supply lines without compromising the structural integrity of the house. While working on the tub plumbing Al realized that he could reroute some exposed pipes to provide better weather protection and improve the house's appearance. Moving the exposed plumbing was not part of the original bid, but Al did the work without increasing the bill. They were clean, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly - and incredibly patient with the hundreds of questions I asked. Thank you Al, Frank, Jim and Kevin...you turned a stressful project into a very pleasant experience! I would hire you again in a heartbeat.

Al is always very responsive, I can get ahold of him at pretty much anytime. If for some strange reason I can't reach him he calls back right away. Very professional, price is reasonable and they were on time and clean.
