The shed was leveled up with pieces of shingles need I say more. The floor runners are sticking out past the perimeter of the shed so I can't install lattice around the bottom of the building. He was supposed to come back and cut them properly and has not, its been months. They left my driveway an absolute mess with crap everywhere, saw dust, pieces of wood, subway trash, bones from god knows what and rotten pears was all left in my driveway. When I called him about it, he said they couldn't come clean it up until the next day...it was just past lunch. I had to clean it up bc the saw dust was already tracked from one end of the house to the other. Some of the nails in the siding didn't go all the way through so they just bent them over and hammered them in. It looks very trashy. The roof has an angle on one side and sticks up. The roof pitch doesn't match up, boards are crooked and not long enough. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will go out of my way to let people know not to use them. The price isn't worth it, spend a little more and hire a professional.

His estimate was very competitive and he evaluated my needs and made pertinent recommedations for the design, which I found helpful. His price included site preparation which relieved me of that problem (had quite a bit of brush to be cleared). He was accessible anytime I had a question and incorporated the minor changes I made at a modest cost. He closely supervised the project, completed it on schedule, and removed all construction debri making the whole project painless for me. No payment was made until AFTER the shed was completed and I said I was satisfied. I have no reservation about recommending him. He would be a tough act to follow for his competitors.
