They did a really good job. He said the spring that I had in the door was a waste, because it was oversize. He put in a standard sized spring to save me money. The new spring that he put in would last the same amount of time as the oversize one that was put in by the person who built the house. The main tech has recently suffered a heart attack. They have a very good reputation for doing good work and most of it was due to him. I'm sure they have other good techs, but he was the best. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an overhead garage door company.

Tech was very cooperative and professional. I was impressed that he removed hinges and loosened tracks to replace rollers rather than the shortcut of bending the tracks. He also lubricated the new rollers before installing them. He relocated the wall mount operator at my request and took the time to realign my track. He properly adjusted the spring tension and adjusted the door to get it level.

We called on a Monday, they weren't able to come out until that Friday. Were told, $150, ended up being $200. We're expecting them to come by in the afternoon, they had another job in Hubert and didn't make it to is until after 5 PM.

He replaced the wire and it worked perfectly. I also had him install a keypad on the outside of the door so it would be easy for us to take our bikes in and out.

Jason repaired my 300# garage door in 40 minutes. Such skill, professionalism, and care for the customer is refreshing. The rails were bent and cables sprung. The garage was full of boxes and furniture. He carefully worked around all of this.  Great service!

Icredibly responsive.  I called late in the afternoon as they were closing and getting ready to go home.  The office representative caught the workmen before they left and they were here within the hour, late as it was.  Very thorough and competent.  I really could've waited until the next morning but they over-achieved in my expectations coming as quickly as they did.

My husband was getting something off of a top shelf in the garage and lost his balance. The garage door broke his fall but in doing so it knocked it off its track badly and appeared to warp it badly. We go on Angie's List and chose to contact Crawford Door Systems. They sent a rep out the very next morning. My husband met with him in the garage for a very short time and when he came back in the house I asked how much it was going to be and how long it was going take. He laughed and said that it was already fixed! The rep that came to give us the estimate fixed it while he was there and it was only $80. We both were amazed!
