Connie Parker

Connie really works hard for us.  It is difficult for a sale in this market.  There are houses selling in thirty days and sixty days but there are houses that take a year.  The economy is such.  We have been on the market for six months but I don’t feel that it is due to a lack of effort on our agent’s part.  I think she is new to this, she didn’t say so.  When one has bought and sold six houses one can put a cap on that but it hasn’t stopped her to do a good job.  Connie perhaps does not have as much knowledge or experience in a particular area, but she has been able to answer all my questions or if I have needed any information.  She has held most full open houses.  She has marketed it well.  There is no charge for the recommendations she makes, like, she gave us different names to use for the door replacement job.  Everything is included in her fee.  She made recommendations; she staged it, the video, the internet, and so forth is all part of her fee.  As of now, there is no out of pocket expense until the home is closed.  Connie is extremely responsive.  We get immediate return phone calls or immediate address to our concerns.  For instance, when we realized that we needed to put in a new door, we didn’t know whom to call.  Within twenty-four hours, she had four names for us.  After the open house, even my neighbors noted Connie’s work ethics.  They told me that if my house does not sell in a timely fashion, it would not be because of a lack of effort on my Agent’s part.  My neighbor made a point of telling me that after the open house, I thought that was really nice.  I would continue to use her in the future.
