And, you will get top notch customer service. Give us a call today. History Established in 2006. The Computer Warriors was founded in 2006 and started by Brian Satz as a single employee business. We have since grown to staff 11 employees across two locations, servicing hundreds of businesses and thousands of residential customers. Our location in Sneads Ferry was added by an acquisition in 2011 of X-Geeks, which was founded in 2005. We moved our Wilmington NC location to 323 Eastwood Rd on July 7th, 2013, adding a retail showroom and several additional employees to serve our customer's needs. In January of 2014, we purchased ProData Computers and brought in one of their experienced technicians to add to our staff. In early 2015, we moved our Sneads Ferry location to Jacksonville and more than doubled our staff in this area, expanding our service offerings to include Phone and Tablet repair in Jacksonville, NC. We are continually adding new products and services to our lineup and looking for more ways to be a one-stop shop for everything COMPUTER.

Honestly the 130+ 5 star Google reviews is what took me to Computer Warriors in Jacksonville location. I am an Angie's List member and didn't see any reviews here for this location..... Wednesday night I had the "Gray Screen of Death" on my Mac. No success after trying all of the ways I could find to restart online. I looked and tried all of them...still no success only error symbol on gray screen. 1) Thursday morning took it to Computer Warriors in Jacksonville, NC. There was already a customer at the counter, I like that, it shows they're busy. 2) I absolutely love the whole "workshop" atmosphere! You can see behind the counter where a tech is working on a project at a desk. Big glass windows into office behind the wall where you can see another technician working. It is not entirely a showroom with products for sale, where there is just a secretary taking payments and answering phones. 3) There is a technician answering the phone. It is actually a tech at the desk/ counter, who knows what he is talking about answering the phone and helping explain the whole process, answering all of my questions. 4) Huge air purifier on the wall. I didn't realize the importance of it but my 13 year old son (who loves arduino and soldering) quickly explained to me the importance of an air purifier when soldering projects are taking place. Of course my kid would explain this to me.....:) 5)Work was complete by Friday afternoon. Excellent! It was only there a little more than a day. 6)Picked it up Saturday. Two other customers in there when I come. I love that! I love seeing the place that I trusted with my Mac serving other customers. Business seems great for not only me but other people. The only thing I didn't like was it was kind of far, in the southwest area of town....BUT, it is a new building, so that's ok. I also was surprised that there was only one Mac computer/product on the side counter for purchase. I guess this isn't entirely bad because people get rid of their other/old computers to buy Macs, they don't get rid of Macs. $125 was very reasonable to me, tech kept excellent communication with me by phone when he needed something, like my password, lol. Also, the customer service was very good, the young tech at the counter was very thorough and patient. Great job!!!!
