Amazing company! If you want a team who can make your vision for your home come true and one you can trust and enthusiasm to do it, you need this one! I did my research and almost gave up until I found Complete Renovations. First project was a small bathroom for my handicapped husband to see if this was a good fit. The team helped give me a bathroom my husband can not only use, but loves! Their subcontractors/workers were not only some of the most courteous, helpful and friendly people you could meet, but their attention to detail, knowledge and expertise was amazing. Ticking all the boxes and passing with flying colors for reliability, professionalism, communication (big one in renovations Brad and everyone answered any concerns within 24 hours or before!) and respect for my husbandâ  s disability (insured no clutter on the floor, creating barrier walls for dust, etc.) we moved on to my kitchen. Having a vision of some of the things I wanted, with the team a plan was drawn up to encompass not only my wish list, but with input from them the transformation was amazing. James and Brad (with input from Courtney and Ashley) took my wishes, added suggestions (which actually improved what I was thinking), helped me pick out the perfect cabinets, backsplash, etc. We moved walls and a door to give me a much needed pantry and opened up the kitchen to the dining/family area to create a kitchen suited for Better Homes and Gardens or Architectural Digest! Thank you all for making my house a home I can enjoy! I am looking forward to our next project!

What can I say about Brad and Complete Renovations. I have had my fair share of dealings with Contractors and Renovation companies over the recent years and they were not pleasant for many reasons. Attention to detail, project management, and punctualness are my three things I try to look for in a contractor. Brad and his team at Complete Renovations came to our home around October. I immediately tested the waters by telling them if we sign now we need to be done before Christmas. Brad didn't even flinch, he not only showed me a KILLER design but delivered to me a fully laid out timeline on when each leg of the project would be done. This to me was unheard of!! Not only did he show up on time and faced every hurdle we threw at him with professionalism and positivity, he EXCEEDED our expectations AND finished the project a week early so our family could enjoy in when they arrived for Christmas. His crew were on time everyday when they said they were going to be there they were there. They worked nights and weekends (if we let them) and made sure they hit their deadline WITHOUT sacrificing quality. Project Management is key and no one does it better than Complete Renovations!! Brad and his team now have our business for the foreseeable future and beyond. We will be renovating the rest of our house with Complete Renovation!! 10/10 Will recommend them to everyone I meet. From start to finish the team did a great job

My home was severely damaged from Hurricane Florence and had to be gutted. I did a lot of research in the Wilmington area for quality work, cost-effectiveness, and my feel for the company Natural Stone was by far the most cost-efficient, friendliest, beautiful work, and very prompt with fulfilling your request. I would recommend this company over any company in the area. They want you to be satisfied and will make sure that you are. The staff at the company office is very friendly, helpful, and professional. From the gentlemen that come to measure to the ones who actually install, the quality, professionalism, and care for not only what you have purchased but also your home furnishing was exemplary. 5-star company

I worked with James during the process of building and renovating. I was beyond impressed with his knowledge of the products and the time he took to show me around the selection. He was honest, easy to talk to, trustworthy right from the start and an all around stand-up guy. I also received excellent service from his front office staff and installers on the day of installation. My countertops are BEAUTIFUL!! I get so many compliments on them! I couldn't have been happier with our choice to go with Natural Stone Design for this major project!

I worked with James at Natural Stone Design. He has a great work ethic and was always available to answer any questions. He provided me with detailed information and demonstrated how to provide excellent customer service. The ladies in the office were also great in regards to helping with design options. Everyone was super polite and friendly. The granite is also AMAZING!!

If you get a deeper sink installed, be prepared to pay more money to have your garbage disposal reinstalled after the work. I recommend going with their plumber unless you have a reliable and qualified one yourself.

We had a wonderful experience with Leo and his team of professionals. The attention to detail in designing and installing our marble in the kitchen, laundry and master bath was unsurpassed. This is the 5th granite installation we have had and this was by far our best experience. Their showroom is 1st class, unlike any other I have seen. You know when you walk in that you are dealing with a group that are proud of there work and want your business. When they say they are going to show up...they slow up right on time.

Rogelio, was the reason we purchased new Granite Countertops for our kitchen. Call us on a Sunday, came out on a Tuesday and Wednesday we went to the showroom to select the Slab of Granite we would get. We then went in the back to see the fabrication area, were the cuts would be made. One week later the countertops, were installed on time and without exception. Great team work between Rogelio and his installers. They look gust great, so glad we went with, NATURAL STOBE DESIGN CORPORATION. Price was right, and the quality of Granite was spot on. Would highly recommef them, for a job well done.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😀

This company was excellent in sales and in installation of counter tops. Plan to order again when we do bathroom.

Did good job counter tops look great. Just some damage to dry wall which they discounted off total of bill.
