Very friendly and repaired vacuum at a much lower cost than where I live in Raleigh and no estimate fees. I will definitely drive the 2.5 hours if I need again.

First - I was never given the chance to speak to the person who repaired the machine. According to the store staff the repair people only come in at night when the store is closed. Since I was not prepared with a note I had to leave a list with the sales person not knowing how much would be relayed to the repair person. Repair was very quick., Store staff said they went over the whole Embroidery/sewing machine looking for the problem. Found several things that needed to be corrected but did not even bother to test the quality of the embroidery with a multi color/stage design. Only embroidered a couple of alphabet letters in single colors to prove embroidery worked. Flat rate of $140 is paid up front regardless of what needs to be done. I paid extra for parts replacement, don't remember how much. As soon as I got home and tested the machine it was still doing exactly what I took it in to be fixed for. To their credit when I brought back the machine that still wasn't working properly they sat down with me in the store to try to figure out the problem but they stated the problem was my use of the machine or the inferior brand of the machine (Brother). They kept referring to the brands they carried saying "xxx wouldn't do that". When I went back a third time the problem I was having could not be recreated and I had to leave without resolution.
