The project went smoothly and finished on time and budget. There were a few issues along the way but they were identified and resolved quickly. The crew was punctual and communicated well through out the project. Daily status updates were provided at an agreed upon time where progress issues of the day and plans for the following day were discussed. Most importantly phone calls were returned.
I would definitely use Coastal Improvements again for future home renovation projects.

The process OK. You do have to remove all items and furniture in each room during sanding and scraping. Once it is complete, things can come back and they even helped with move furniture and beds. There will be some minor dust, but the end results of smooth ceilings verses yellowed texture, it was woth it.
