+ 0 moreI reached out to Chris late one evening when he was working at a neighbors house. He was finishing up their job and I asked if he could cut a few overhanging tree limbs in my driveway and basketball goal. He came right over that same evening and knocked out the work for us at a very reasonable price even though I know they were tired from working at our neighbors. Very thankful for their service and helping right away. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: The service cut down 2 trees for me last summer (2013) and I recommended them to my neighbor. They dropped one of his trees on his waterline, busted it, called a plumber to make repairs and never told my neighbor about it. I called them back this year to cut 2 more trees (giving them the benefit of the doubt) in my back yard and my neighbor wanted 1 in his back yard cut as well. This was in April 2014. They gave us both an estimate with a discount if we cut at the same time. Which we agreed on. They came and cut my neighbors tree and while grinding stump they cut his power line to his storage building. They never cut my trees. For 3 months I have been calling them every 2 weeks and they tell me they are coming to cut my trees. They tell me they will call me back with a date. They never have called back. I end up calling them back and get the same thing, " yes we are coming. I will call you this weekend with a date. " Never happened. I am done with them!

+ -1 moreI called Chris's tree service in early September to set up a time to get an estimate. Over a week later he finally called me back to tell me he would be up in my area the following week, and would get us done. He said he would contact me before coming. The next week came and went with no word from Chris. I called over the weekend, and left a message. No returned call! I called again early Tuesday morning September the 24th, and Chris answered. I asked him when they were coming. He claimed he called me the previous Thursday (no call in my missed call log, and no message left) He then went on to tell me that they did that other job, and would not be able to get me done anytime soon. At the very least I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and follow through. I have wasted three plus weeks trying to get work done, and now must find another provider.

+ -1 moreAll communication via phone and email was done quickly. The owner's father went to the house and prepared a quote. We set up a time to have the work performed and the crew showed up on time, explained how the work would be performed and worked until the job was finished including all needed clean up. I requested a copy of the company's insurance information and this was supplied. All in all, an excellent job and I would and will recommend Chris' Clean Cut Tree Service and will use them for any future work.
Description of Work: Removal of dead branches from two live oak trees and removal of one large live branch which was extended over the roof of my neighbor's house. This involved using a worker who climbed the tree and also including complete removal of smaller branches and chipping them, stacking the larger pieces next to the street and blowing all concrete areas to remove and saw dust.

Description of Work: Cut down a tall dead hickory tree that was leaning towards neighbor's house & trimmed dead branches at top of tall tree next to it. Cut & left for firewood requested logs & removed all other materials. Cleaned & raked as final clean up. We have already arranged for them to do additional work.

+ -1 moreChris is the owner and it a very small family owned business. He said that he would every year and it would the same price. He said that he would come within two weeks but came in within a week to do the job. The crew was very neat. The tree which they had to chop was right next to the house close by which was about four feet. It was growing up between two houses. I have never seen anybody that neat. They did it step by step and not even a small thing was hurt around in the general vicinity. His wife called up and said after the work was done that whenever it is convenient for me they would come to collect the bill and then they came over to collect it. It was a nice experience. They were very friendly and that’s when I thought that I would choose them in doing my back yard. Lot of people that they have worked and everybody like them.
Description of Work: I used Chris's Clean Cut Tree Service for tree service about a month ago. It was just one huge palm tree and he chopped it down.
