Carpet One Floor and Home-Wilmington

What an amazingly pleasant experience with knowledgable, professional and personable staff! When I went looking for carpeting for my new frog I first started at a large Home Improvement store in town. The staff at this large home improvement store who helped me had no idea what they were doing and I get couldn't ever reach anyone who could find my order or knew anything about how to help me choose the right carpet. I gave up on the Home Improvement store and went to Carpet One. It was the best decision I could have made. They will be the only place I shop for flooring from now on!

Poor customer service, poor consumer hours (8:30 Am-5:30 Pm  Mon-Fri.) no weekend hours!!

They did an excellent job, even helped me find flooring that looked like want I wanted AND was on sale.  Will absolutely work with them again.

They did a horrible job. They are supposed to have a three year warranty on their work. The person who put the carpet in did a really bad job. There was a seam right down the center of the living room. The carpet didn't lay right because it was put down in the opposite direction. We called them and they came out with this weird looking thing with a bunch of needles on it and that was the last time we heard anything from them. We called them back a couple of times. The seam is coming up. It is a lousy job. They did a good job in the kitchen, but the living room was crappy.

We love the flooring...it has certainly turned our bathroom from a "pigs ear" to a "silk purse"!!!!
