Overall it went well. Jason came out and reviewed the project with us. Took measurements and gave us a quote. He explained an option which helps keep the shower door from spotting. Sounded like it made sense. We went for the option which has a ten year warranty. He also explained that we shouldn't use common cleaners like Windex or any ammonia based product on the glass door as that would harm the finish. He suggested the use of a foam squeegee to help keep the glass clear. 
 The door was delivered on time. The installation crew did a good job, except that the factory cut the door too narrow. They remeasured and order another door. We had to wait an additional two weeks to complete the work. The replacement door arrived as promised. It was installed and had a nice fit. They trimmed out the door and cleaned up the installation debris. Everyone was courteous and pleasant to work with. Very good communications.
 The door looks great. It does not leak. We are happy and would highly recommend them. 
A suggestion to anyone installing a frameless shower door in an alcove, be sure that your tile contractor installs tiled walls that are plumb. For some reason tile contractors don't like to use levels to check their work. Jason and his crew used three levels for the door installation. If they can use them so can your tile contractor.

We have had problems with our shower door not closing properly for years. I had tried some temporary fixes and they were just that - temporary. I did not think that the average handyman would have access to the necessary parts, and was not sure where to turn. One day, driving down Blue Clay Road, my wife noticed a sign for the Carolina Shower Door Company, I found a listing online, and called. I provided them with the dimensions and emailed a couple of photos of the door. The representative called me the next morning to see when he could come out and was there that same afternoon. Within about an hour he had replaced the hinge and several other parts and the door was as good as new.
