I had a very positive experience, with only one little snag.
The payment policy for this process is a deposit of half the estimate up front. When I hadn't been billed for the second half of the amount after several weeks, I did have to call and remind them that they needed to conclude our financial arrangement. Once reminded, it was handled quickly and a receipt for the full amount was emailed to me.
