Appreciated ability to schedule the cleaning during the busy holiday period. Job was spread over two days, with two workers putting in 11 hours each. Price was high, but service was performed to the standard we expected. We would certainly consider hiring again, though the price would need to be more competitive.

Overall ok job. I contacted them the next day and asked them to reclean a couple of spaces..she specified that she’d have to charge me more to come back out. 600.00 is a lot of money to spend on a mediocre cleaning job. Plus Contacted the company because they said “satisfaction guaranteed” bc I obviously was not satisfied. No response from company after multiple emails calls and emails. Also cleaning supplies left counters and my toilets discolored.

I will recommend their service to everyone. My house looks just like new after the pressure wash. Laura and her husband are very nice and did their job very hard. I also let them clean my rental house and the tenant are very satisfied with their job. will hire them again if I needed.

Daniel was here 4 hours and the power washing and attention to detail was unsurpassed. Laura and Isabelle were here 6 hours and they worked tirelessly and cleaned 8 rooms, including over 30 windows, 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen. I only noticed 1 small detail missed: the cabinet handles were not wiped down as well as they could have been especially the underside of the handles and those that were in the kitchen. I HIGHLY recommend this family to any and every one as they are the most hardworking young adults I've worked with EVER!!!

5 Stars to Cape Fear Cleaning & Power Washing! Laura, Jose and their team are truly professionals. They are knowledgeable, more than fair and best of all fast. From the first call, Cape Fear Cleaning did an amazing job! They scheduled their inspection, provided me with a great quote, gave me professional tips and insights, scheduled the work and then went above and beyond to confirm my total satisfaction! They performed a deep cleaning power washing which including some gentle touchup work and repairs as well, Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Now, I am looking for other projects that they can assist me with. You can't go wrong with such an amazing company.

Great job! Annual “Speing Cleaning” - very satisfied with the job these ladies did. They were prompt and worked hard the entire time they were here. I recommend Laura and Cape Fear Cleaning! We also had the exterior of our house pressure washed several weeks ago, and they did a really excellent job.

Since the beginning of the year we scheduled house cleaning and we were very happy with it. Laura did a fabulous job. We now look forward to her coming every month. Having a professional like her clean our new home saves us so much time and our house looks fabulous! We have more time to spend with each other and a lot less stress of having to worry about cleaning the house. Everything smells fresh and clean and is so shiny and sparkling. Very good. They were on time. It took about 2 hours to do everything. They came in at 9:30am and finished quarter to 12pm. Everything was easy going. He also gave me a $20 discount which I thought was very nice.

I had never used a cleaning service before, and was in desperate need of somebody to get my apartment clean and organized. Cape Fear cleaning & pressure washing was recommended to me via Facebook, so I went for it. I called to schedule an appointment, thinking I would have to wait a while... but they fit me in the very next morning! I was out running errands while they were here and when I got home I walked into a beautiful, spotless apartment! they did an amazing job! I can't even believe this is my home... it hasn't looked this good since I moved in! and it smells clean too! I immediately booked another appointment with them for every 2 weeks. Their prices are amazing and these ladies are beyond fabulous... if you need something cleaned, contact Laura Sanchez ! She is the BEST and I highly recommend her. I now even use them for our power washing needs!!!
