C W HARRELSON ELECTRIC

We have used C. W. Harrelson many times, usually because they have to come back to fix something and we just have them do something else while they are here. When they leave you have to make sure that everything is functioning, getting them back to fix things is a frustrating ordeal, requiring many calls and follow ups. They don't tell you before they leave that something isn't finished. The cat 5 they installed for me, they didn't mention that they had not attached an end to connect into the router, they also installed a phone box, not sure why. Then after numerous phone calls they came back a week later and hadn't plugged it in. To me it's not that things go wrong, because they do, it's how you deal with it as a company. I don't think they work very hard at that.

Very thorough and professional. Worked quickly and efficiently. Careful to protect the furniture and floors from the ceiling installation. Did clean up afterwards. Even returned to help us better understand how to reset the timers (for no additional charge). I have used Harrelson again just this past week to install additional lighting in my home office. Brian is wonderful.
