Happy to be in Wilmington after the recent move for my wife's job. I've owned and operated my business with over 20 years of industry experience in Florida. I offer a variety of Home Improvement services that are customizable to each individual project. I specialize in additions and remodels, carpentry, siding, tile, painting, and a variety of other projects. More than happy to help with small jobs, from fixing that wobbly door to hanging a shelf. I pride Myself on the quality of work as well as a commitment to outstanding results. We offer a one-year guarantee on all jobs performed. We used Mr.Rogers also for an emergency water leak in our garage which required a Jake hammer to go through cinder block to reach the pipe! The job was completed within a few hours of our call! Everything was cleaned up and a job well done!

Chad has been my go to person for 10 years for home remodeling, all types of interior and exterior repairs and maintenance.
