After paying $80.25 for the repair, I was disappointed to find that it had not worked. Making matters worse, I was charged twice for the service. Upon contacting both Will and Liz to let them know of the mistake, they said they only sent the charge to my bank one time. I spoke to my bank and was told that the charge definitely went through twice. I then provided proof to Bullfrog Pools, but they continued to deny that they took the money twice. Fortunately, my bank has a dispute process and they are trying to collect the money for me.

We've been using Will for about 4 years for our weekly pool maintenance.  During this time Will has replaced our pool pump as well as switched out our sand filter with a DE filter and all work was performed timely and without any issue.  Since switching from a sand to a DE filter (Will's recommendation), our water clarity has been fantastic.  We constantly struggle with iron in our well water and Will has determined a maintenance plan to help us deal with our water quality issues.  We replaced our liner this spring and when we filled the pool the water quality was terrible...it looked like a giant orange mud pit.  By use of chemicals and an extra portal DE filter/pump that Will hooked up, he was able get our water cleaned up and the iron stains removed from the brand new liner...which I was thrilled about!  Will is very professional and knowledgeable and I think offers a competitive price for his work.

.I spoke with Will Ives by phone when I called several services on Angie's List to get estimates for pool cleaning service for our newly installed inground pool. Will gave me the estimate but also asked to see the property and pool. While I am sure each of the services I called knew I was calling to get a quick estimate, no one else even tried to get my business by asking to see the pool for a better assessment.
Will came by the next day. He is the perfect combination of easily talking to my next-door neighbor and speaking to a well-versed professional in pool parts, accessories, and both water quality and equipment maintenance. Will actually brought several issues to my attention that could have become more serious problems if left unattended. As this was a recently installed inground pool, I was saddened to learn there were these equipment issues, but also grateful that Will showed me the problems so that I could call the contractor for the necessary repairs.
I began using Bullfrog Pool Service the following week in August 2013. The staff of Bullfrog Pool Service, both in the office and servicing the pool, are friendly, eager to be helpful, and professional. Everyone I have had contact with has extensive experience in pool maintenance and equipment. I feel certain that, should any issue arise, Bullfrog employees will find it and correct it, averting any major problems in the future.

'They provide outstanding service! Always prompt, considerate, and professional. They have done an excellent job job servicing the swimming pool every week this season, and we will use them again next pool season. When an old pump died, they came the day after I called, gave an estimate for replacement (which turned out to be a very accurate estimate) and had the replacement installed and operating within three days.
They also checked back a day later to be sure everything was working well. They take pride in their work, and it shows!
