He sprays it all over the house. This is good because it has gotten almost one hundred percent of the bugs. I really liked the workers. I think it's a small company and they know all the people. They are really friendly. They know their stuff.

They gave us an estimate significantly below two other companies, removed and disposed of all the insulation and vapor barrier, cleaned out the crawl space, installed a new v.barrier, treated all the varmints, prepared the crawl space for dehumidifying, and had a licensed electrician wire the dehumidifier. The technicians who came and performed all this work were very personable, considerate. They seemed knowledgeable and explained each aspect of our various problems. Having talked with some other companies, I believe Bugs, Etc. gave me good advice and a fair deal. While the cost is huge, our house is large and there was quite a lot of work to be done.

I have used Bugs, Etc. for over five years for annual termite and monthly general pest control. The principals of the company are top
notch and the service technicians are generally good too. I have never had a pest problem with their methods (outside barrier to keep pests from getting in) and only once in 5 years have I needed an inside treatment for something I must have brought in.
I live in Surf City and it is never a problem for them to come here if I need something special (always at no additional charge).

They are very good; I have had no problems. I think the price is okay; I didn't look into it very deeply. The gentleman that comes out is very nice.

It is a family-run business, so they are very friendly and easy to work with. You feel like you are getting personalized service. They will listen to all of your issues and give you very personalized advice. It is very upfront services. You feel like you are already as customer that knows them. The owner is very funny, and he just makes you laugh.. He made me feel at ease. Obviously, they have been doing this for years and they know what they are doing. It was a fantastic experience. They went beyond normal service. I felt relaxed and confident. I will continue to use Bugs Etc.

They are the best. I like them very much. They have a free product which is a powder. I don't have to leave the house when I use it. There is no problem. I just have to put it on the carpet for a year. It is guaranteed. I have never had flees in 20 years since I have been using that. You can get the powder yourself and put it down or they will put it for you. Nobody believes it. They ask me what I am using and I tell them about it. It is really amazing. They also do total pest control for me. They come a little more often than they would come for just the flees. I take the other pest control offer and I get flees treatment for a cheaper price. They charge me for the entire year and that includes treatment for bugs, flees, rats, bats, and traps for the moles. They will come out even if I see a snake. They are really nice. I think their prices are good as well. I am not going to get rid of them. I will continue using them. If you have a lot of carpets, they can really do the trick.
