i personally think this woman walks on water. found her on angie's list, w/ two excellent (and well-deserved) reviews, so i hired her. she REALLY knows her business. found a tenant for my property w/in a month (maybe 3 wks?) of my hiring her.
elizabeth hart is a "turn-key operation": once you sign a contract, she totally takes over from there.
she's extremely detail oriented. if there are the slightest problems/issues w/ the property (in my case, there were a couple of minor ones), she'll recommend, or hire herself -- which is what she did for me -- local contractors who can fix the problem.
unless you live in this area (i don't), you'd be hard-pressed indeed to find an electrician, hvac person, painter, yada, yada. (i didn't need all of those, but i did need a couple. Elizabeth arranged it all. all i had to do was pay a very reasonably priced bill from the contractor once the work was completed. there was no extra charge for Elizabeth's role in arranging for these contractors.)
what else ....? this is the first time i've been a landlord, so i really had no idea what to expect, but w/ elizabeth's extreme professionalism, pleasant disposition, and apparent willingness to go the extra mile ....
i realize this must read as though it were written by her mother, but this has actually been my experience. if i could find something critical to say, i would. it may be, as another reviewer said, that she doesn't return all phone calls w/in 24 hrs, but that's a non-issue for me. she returns all phone calls, emails, and texts, so .... i'm a very satisfied client.

Overall things are great.. Ms Hart is a delight to talk with and very informative in a professional market...prospective tenants tell me they like meeting her and she is always respectful and informative....I like her because she gets me answers , not always as fast as i expect, but she does respond with an upto date, honest and knowledgeable answer

This property was in complete disarray and she worked diligently to make sure this property was made to look very eye appealing to those interested in renting this home.
