Blue Water Pressure Washing

If you are a discerning homeowner then hire Daniel. He knows what he is doing, will protect your furnishings, landscaping, lighting etc. He is excellent in addition to polite and very hard working. My business uses pressure washer regularly for small jobs but for my home I always call Bluewater. It doesn't get better than Daniel.

Daniel (Parish) was hired to pressure wash my roof ... actually, just the half of the roof which faces north and (therefore) is prone to mildew growth. I should also mention that the house is 2 stories and on pilings, and that the roof is fairly steeply pitched, so accessing and working up there is challenging. He first came to give an estimate, and provided a detailed description of the work he would do, the type of cleaner he would use, precautions he would use to protect the foundation plants from runoff, etc. We spent close to an hour going over this information - and this was before I had even made a commitment to use his services (I was getting 3 estimates). But before we had finished our discussion, I knew that it would be a no-brainer to hire him. We set a date for him to return about 2 weeks in the future. He called that morning to let me know that he was running about an hour late, which was not a problem for me. Once he arrived, he and his helper set about their business. It took them close to 4 hours to do the job. In addition to the agreed upon work (to pressure wash the north facing portion of my roof), they also swept off the south facing part of the roof, the rear second story porch, and cleaned out the gutters. The initial estimate was $250 - $300, he charged me $275. (Other estimates were up to 5 times more.) He did a fantastic job. I hope he is still around the next time I need it (or a similar job) to be done again

Did not show up the day he was supposed to give quote, did not show up the day he was supposed to do the job. The day he did show up he had to leave to do another job and said he would come back that day but he did not. He said he would be there the following day at 9:30 to do the job but did not show until 11:30.

Used Angie's List to find Pressure Washing businesses in our area.
Called for an estimate and scheduled the service for September 3.
Did not show or call to reschedule.
After 2 days, called Blue Water again and left message
Blue Water called back and apologized for missing the scheduled app't
Came on Sept 6 at correct time and did an excellent job of pressure washing house and shed

I found Daniel's (Bluewater Pressure Washing) on Angies List and he came highly recommended. He arrived on time and did a wonderful job. If you choose to hire Daniel you will not be disappointed.

Blue Water Pressure Washing did an excellent job pressure washing my house. Daniel, the owner, gave me a very reasonable price and he went further than was asked by pressure washing a portion of my fence. I also liked the fact that he and his assistant were very pleasant and courteous. Of all the companies that have pressure washed my house, Blue Water was the best. I would not hesitate to call him again and I have already recommended him to others.

I gave Dan a poor rating because of the deck project. I hired Dan to clean and seal our back deck. There were repeated delays in getting the project started and then more delays in getting it finished. To date the project is still not complete and it will now have to wait until Spring. While I think that Dan means well, he is very poor at managing his time and at managing customer expectations. He has a lot to learn about follow through and meeting commitments.

I was very impressed with the results, we're talking "new house' clean. The "very reasonable" charge became a bargain. Believe me, this was a professional job, by very competent guys. If you have a need for simular help, call'em !! - 910 538-4465

I would like to say Thank you to Daniel Parrish and his business: BlueWater Pressure Washing. I called him to have an estimate for a job @ my personal residence. His estimate beat the other estimates by a long shot! He came out within a couple of days to pressure wash the exterior of my brick home, the walkways, driveway, eaves and back deck. He even blew out my gutters for me! WOW-what a difference. It almost looked like a new paint job after he finished the eaves of the house! He was very efficient at his work and it was obvious that he takes great care and pride in his business. I am a Realtor and I have seen alot of homes that need that "quick pressure wash" just to sparkle them up a bit.....BlueWater Pressure Washing will be the business that takes care of that for my clients! I value his attention to detail and see that he has that "little extra" that will prove his work is head and shoulders above the rest!
