BIRD DECORATIVE HARDWARE/BATHS

The customer service we received was shockingly poor! You would of thought that using Bird for all our plumbing needs would have given us special attention. On the contrary, Mike ( the store manager) was sadly unprofessional. We realized that two tubs were not a good fit for our baths and he charged us hundreds of dollars in restocking fees even for an exchange for more expensive replacements. We used Hubbard plumbing to purchase lighting. We have had exceptional customer service with Hubbard Plimbimg. They have been accommodating with exchanges. And not to mention we spent a fraction of the amount of money with them. Lastly, Bird does not stand behind the plumbing products they sell. I will never use Bird Plumbing ever again!
