Very pleasant to work with. Up front with pricing/timelines and expectations. Took time to discuss multiple options and were quick to notify me of the status of the repair. Excellent customer service!

I noticed my MacBook Pro battery was in need of replacement and when I
took it to City Mac they stated they had to do a diagnostic first
....which meant keeping the computer over 2 days....Of course, when I
returned they informed me that I needed a new battery....surprise! Then
City Mac stated they would have to order the battery and keep the
computer until it arrived....up to 5 business days. I offered to pay
for the battery in full up front and return with the computer once the
battery arrived...They didnt go for that. Quite frustrated, I left with
my computer and found Bilzi Mac. Thank goodnes. They swapped out my
battery while I waited, no labor charge and exptremely knowledgeable
about the product. I will go nowhere else with my Mac from now on.
