Everything went well except the following: 1 tree hit the house as it fell. Atlas paid for the repairs but we had to handle all the separate service people and pay them directly. Would have preferred atlas take more ownership of the overall process as the general contractor.

Tony and his helper were very good -he climbed the tree and cut out the top branches and lowered them to the ground before cutting the trunk

I discovered a pine tree beginning to rot at the base. It was close to the house so I decided to have it removed before the wind blew it down. I called 4 "tree companies" I found in the yellow pages. One was out of business, one didn't answer the phone, two came out and gave free estimates. I chose Atlas because of price. Two days later he showed up when promised, did the job in about an hour, and cleaned up like nothing ever happened.
