Beware Bald Head Island owners... Ordered a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer to be delivered to the Bald Head Island Warehouse for delivery by barge to the island. Received a call from the warehouse today that the appliances were delivered unpackaged and they are concerned about potential damage in transit via the barge... When I called Atlantic Appliance, I asked why they did not wrap them in some sort of protective packaging for the transport after they were inspected in the Atlantic Appliance warehouse. Their reply was, "What do you want us to do? They are no longer our responsibility. They have been delivered." Disappointed in their service and lack of concern. Will see tomorrow if they are delivered undamaged.

Everything is great. These were new appliances for a newly built home. The prices were comparable to everyone else. They were very informative and gave us a lot of good information. They answered all our questions and stayed with us the entire time we were there. They had a very good selection of quality appliances. We will refer our friends to go there. If you are not familiar with upgrades to appliances and how they work, these people were very informative and not pushy at all. Later, if you had a question and called, they would connect you to the person who worked with you. I will not hesitate to use them again if needed.

Sales personnel were very helpful and easy to work with. All orders were delivered in a timely manner with no issues.

I am writing this review about their service department which has just formed their own company Atlantic Appliance and Service. I called them on a Sunday afternoon after 4:00 and explained our issue. Dennis was just finishing up another job an hour away and came to our home when he finished there - after hours and on the weekend. We were thrilled. Unable to fix it right away, he returned the next morning with the parts he needed to fix the issue.
Dennis went above and beyond for us. He was professional, courteous, and from now on, we will only use him! So glad Wolf recommended Dennis.

Very Professional

Noticed a leak under the freezer side of my side-by-size refrigerator that came along with the refrigerator side not keeping down to temperature well. Turns out it was coming from an unlikely place and took some serious and quot;I think I've seen this beforeand quot; experience and discussions with manufacturer. Atlantic kept the entire process transparent and took care of the problem at a very reasonable price (especially given the time and effort they had to put into such a unique issue). Modern refrigerator technology can lead to some unique problems but Atlantic didn't skip a beat. I would definitely use again.

I did not find them Angie's List. I had bought some appliances from them in the past. I was having trouble with the ice maker. When I called them, they informed me that they had their own service department. So, I contacted them and they fixed the problem. Their service cost me $55, which was well worth. The ice maker was not making ice. I called them and the guy fixed it. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with him. He found the problem in no time. The whole thing took only about an hour. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody and I would use them again in the future.
