They charged for a new dehumidifier, after an inspection I found out it was used and not plugged in. I'm having other inspections done to look at the other work that was done.

We had a very disappointing experience with ASD Environmental. During the initial inspection, we were told that extensive work was needed?including wall removal, window replacement, and major mold remediation?but this ultimately turned out to be unnecessary. The first technician did not perform a thorough assessment, which led to charges that felt excessive for what was actually done. The workers sent to our home appeared unskilled, took significantly longer than expected to complete tasks, and showed little regard for our belongings. They even caused damage to our HVAC ductwork during the process. Despite paying thousands of dollars in labor costs for dehumidifier installation, we later discovered that several units hadn?t even been plugged in after the job was marked as complete. The company also committed to a specific timeframe and failed to meet it by a wide margin. Overall, we felt misled, overcharged, and disappointed with the quality and professionalism of the service.

Scott and his team have worked on many projects for me across multiple properties, always with exceptional service and excellent results. I highly recommend ASD for any repair or remediation needs.

Scott must have sent his best crew, in my opinion. They were cordial, introducing each member of the team by name. They showed professionalism, explaining what they would do, how it would be done, and explained how it all worked. They were patient in answering the many questions I had. Ythey cleaned up everything to better than when they started the job. I'm completely satified with the work that was done. Chris, Dan, and PJ treated our home like they would have their own and treated us more like "family" than just another customer. Great job, guys!!!! Thanks and God bless you all!

July was amazing did everything I needed.

Scott was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He came in, tested a few spots and the report came back 2 days later. Turned out, we did have 2 types of mold. One of them was toxic black mold and Scott moved some things around and got it taken care of just a couple of days later. Will be using them to encapsulate my crawl space and definitely recommend ASD.

They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They solved our problem efficiently and reasonable cost.

Many other companies wanted me to spend much more money to do things that ASD said were not needed. ASD is the only company I trust.

All I can say is they did a great job.

The tests were expensive but the representative that was sent out was very professional and knowledgable about what was needed and what needed to be done. We received the test results in a timely manner and are awaiting for the cost estimate. Due to their knowledge and professionalism I am about 90% sure that I will hire them to also fix our issue. The other 10% would rely on the insurance company.

We got the mold lab report and no one contacted us to explain it. Called them several times, never called back! We paid them for the report!!

This company was timely and responsive. They repainted the whole wall in order to match the color with the small area they fixed.

This company was very efficient, showed up early for both appointments. I had mold starting to grow in my powder room, they tested it and cleaned it within a week and a half.

They were good, were great on educating on the different types of molds. Also on what is good and bad and what to expect.

Wouldn’t like them better if they had produced a proposal or estimate after their on-site assessment.
