Charles was very prompt, courteous, and professional.  Inspected my freezer and said it needed a part which he then ordered.  Expected delivery of part is 5/23 -/24/12 - Delivered & installed.  He was good!

Charles was fantastic. I needed a same-day repair if possible. Charles was the third company I called and he was able to come in the late afternoon of the same day.  He worked hard to diagnose and fix and problem, which turned out to be coins and other debris that had gotten jammed in the washer's drain hose.  He spent a couple of hours doing the repair, but the cost was much less than I expected, and I know that he earned that fee!

Overall, I was exceedingly happy with the service of Appliance Solutions, and I plan to call this company again for any other large appliance repairs I might have.  Charles is professional, reasonable in cost, and reliable.  And he guarantees his work for 30 days.

This was the 3rd time I have had Charles to my house for appliance repairs. He has always been quick to diagnose whatever the problem was and make the repair without fuss. His fees are completely in line with what one would expect for the difficulty/complexity of the work done. He returns all calls promptly, and shows up right on time, unless he calls ahead to let you know that he is running late from a previous repair job.
