Angel's Taxi is by far the best taxi service in Wilmington and the surrounding areas! I have used them exclusively for over 7 years for my almost weekly trips to and from the airport. They are always punctual for pickups and track your incoming flights to know if you are going to be early or delayed. Their vehicles are clean and smoke-free. They are better than an 'A' rating - wish there was an option to give them an 'A+'!

The cab service provided went very well. We had arranged for the pick-up on our return from a two-week vacation on the date of our departure. Unfortunately the arrival of our return flight was delayed several times out of Philadelphia, which changed our ILM airport pick-up time. Our driver monitored the flight using an internet tool and he met us in the terminal when we finally arrived home. As with our departure, the driver was helpful, pleasant and professional.

The service went very well. I had reserved a pick-up time a week before departure and the cab came on time and delivered us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. The driver assisted us with our bags and we engaged in a pleasant conversation to the airport. We made arrangements for an airport pick-up when we planned to return in two weeks.

Andrew was very pleasant on the phone, always answered his phone and made arrangements when our plane was delayed. We arrived at midnight. There were five women with luggage and Andrew picked us up promptly inside the terminal, helped us with our bags and gave us a safe, comfortable ride to my home located about 25-30 minutes away. His fee was very reasonable at $45.00 each way. When he returned a few days later to pick us up he was on time and waiting quietly in the driveway with his parking lights on as it was 5:00 AM. Again, a very nice person, clean, roomy van. Would use him again in a heartbeat!

I had a very early flight the first time I called Angel's Taxi. They were at my house early, helped me with my bags and got me to the airport in plenty of time. It was a great experience. The second time I called them, I needed a ride because I had broken my shoulder and could not drive. They were unable to help me because they did not have enough drivers. Now I am not sure what to do when I need a taxi. I hope the driver situation is one they can fix, because they appear to be a very good taxi service when they are fully staffed.
P.S. I was forced to reply to the question, "Would you use this provider in the future?" and my answer is, " I'm not sure." I guess I would call them one more time since they were very good the first time, but if I couldn't get service then, I wouldn't call them again.

The was superb. He was a few minutes early on the pick-ups and was also early on the pick up at airport (i.e., he was waiting for us to disembark) and helped us with our luggage. The driving was safe. The service was timely, reliable, safe and enjoyable. My sincere appreciation for the service and the referral.

I have used Angel's Taxi service weekly for trips to/from the airport for over 3 years. They are always punctual and more than reliable -- they have never missed a pickup or been late. They track my flights to know whether I will be in a little early or delayed. They are very ethical and always take the most direct route. I would not use any other taxi service in Wilmington as Angel's Taxi is by far THE BEST!

Next time I will book my return pick up from my last layover so I will know exactly what time I am arriving. Angel's Taxi still accommodated me when I came in on a later flight.
