It went beautifully as always. They called the day before to reconfirm, were on time and very personable while working in the house. They use a product that dries quickly and also has a stain repellent in it!

They were a little delayed in their arrival time but let me know in advance that they were still working at another job.
At the end of this summer rental season we had more than the usual spots on the carpet, especially in one particular room. All of the carpets cleaned up very well except that one room. The carpet initially looked clean but some ghost spots returned, which they said might happen. I believe problem in cleaning this one carpet was not due to Chem Dry's lack of effort but rather the age of the carpet and the degree of the stains.
I mentioned I expected to have to replace the carpet in that one room given the renter damage and they even were helpful in suggesting carpet types to consider and carpet types to avoid for the best results in removing spots.
I will certainly use Chem Dry in the future as they are thorough, a family owned business with very pleasant attitudes and very knowledgeable about the proper process to use for various types of carpet.

We have used this company twice before.Once at another house and once at this house. Have the same carpet now we had then. This time they came in and the first words out of Mark's mouth was "are you really going to paint this room purple?' He also scolded me about the carpet really needing cleaning. T here were lots of stains and he and his daughter did a great job of the house until he reached the den and office area. We have "raised berber" as he called it. He said to clean this carpet it would "break his machine". He made no mention of that fact on the last time he cleaned this berber carpet or today when he gave me an estimate for cleaning the entire house carpets including these 2 rooms.. Once finished, one could not even tell he attempted to clean those 2 rooms. His daughter did a great job with the vacuum cleaner but he did a quick lousy job with the last 2 rooms. This was a big job and I believe he was just tired and ready to go home. I would have gladly left those 2 rooms off if I had only been told in the beginning his machine would not clean that carpet. They were very polite and worked very smart. Just when I walked into the den it still looks dirty and smells. Will call someone else with "machines" to clean the berber carpet.

They made the appointment and kept the appointment. They did a good job. They gave me a small bottle of cleaner to spot clean my carpet.

When I called to inquire about the carpet cleaning service the lady who answered was very nice and helpful and was able to schedule an appointment within a day or two. The two fellows came, examined the spaces to be cleaned, gave me the cost (quite reasonable) and went to work. The work completed was well-done and my carpet was dry much sooner than previous cleanings with other services. I was given a free sample of dry chem spot remover. I will definitely call All County Chem Dry the next time I need my carpets cleaned (soon) and will also try out their upholstery cleaning service.

Great customer service from the first phone call to the completed job! Very professional from start to finish. The company was very responsive to working with me to schedule a time that fit my needs. Mark and Nate arrived timely and listened to what I needed cleaned. They gave me professional advice about my carpets that really helped me out. I called All Coutny Chem Dry because my dog had eaten tomattoes and barfed them up on the carpet. This left a very nice red blotch.
I chose Chem-Dry because I was aware of their process that does not leave sticky soap residue on the carpet.
They werre prompt and professional.
The price tends to be higher than your typical steam cleaner. Part of this is because Chem-Dry vacuums before cleaning, so there is more labor involved. The other side of the coin is that their process does not leave a sticky residue to attract dirt back to your carpet, so it should stay clean longer, therefore requiring less cleaning. This theory falls apart if your dog eats a mango on the carpet the day after it is cleaned.
After cleaning, there was still a hint of the tomato barf. It was explained to me that the red colour, the stomach acid and the heat from the barf make an almost perfect scenario for dyeing the carpet. The stain is almost indistinguishable now after using spot treatments and the home carpet cleaning on several other pet surprises.

They are the only dry cleaning carpet cleaners in Wilmington. They are very quick and definitely available. They are very accommodating for us. They know that we have people coming and going constantly so we can't have carpets dry cleaned when we are opened for business. They accommodate that and they come after work.
