The owner didn't respond when I left the first couple of messages, but when I did get in touch with him, he and his associates came on the appointed day and finished the job efficiently.

The subcontractor broke several drill bits hitting rock. Finally hit water and I was told I was lucky that any water had been found. When low flow issue surfaced I was told again how lucky I was that any water was found. Installation of irrigation system initially went well and I paid my bill. Follow up requests for service were had very slow response and the no response at all. The system had not been winterized although the owner indicated that he would return to do that. I had to call an electrician to install an outlet on the generator; I wrapped the pipes with heating tape myself; another contractor found the large insulated rock needed to cover the well generator to complete the winterizing. The phone for this business has been disconnected.

My experience was a very pleasant one and the service tech was very nice.

They did a good job. They came out actually on a Sunday and they fixed the leak. The guy was professional and courteous. They did a good job. The biggest thing or problem that I've had is not just with this company but it's with irrigation companies that I've dealt with in this area in general. I will call and leave a message, and it might be four, five or six days before they return a call. It's just kind of aggravating. Sometimes I just go to the next one and then the other person will call back, and get the business through. That was the only thing, but I think the job they did when they actually got here and everything was fine. The problem was just to reach them. Actually I was just trying to use them for some other job and that's when I ran into the problem. Their price was fine. I will call them again if I need them. I will use their services again in the future.

They were really great. They are honest and reliable.
