Overall their services are very good. They respond quickly to alarms.

We've had a good experience with the company themselves. The company is excellent but when the technician came out to do the installation I don't think he understood what I actually meant and wanted for my downstairs motion sensor. We'll have that fixed shortly soon.

We have not had any false alarms which are basically due to the way the alarm is set up. We have service when we need it. They can come on over speakers to talk to you if they need to. They use your phone line, but will offer you a cellular back up in case your phone line is cut. They also will tell you if your phone line is cut or down and it will tell you so you will know that something is going on.

They just seem professional but they are more in the back ground and you don't even think of it unless you need it. It seems to be a pretty good deal for us.

They also offer a video option but we don't have that. We have not really looked into that but they have been advertising it lately. You can put a camera at your front door with a speaker and you can look and see who is actually at the door. It there is a delivery person there, you can answer the door as if you are inside the house and you don't want to talk to them or whatever and they can place whatever they want in there and then you can close it again. It is just kind of interesting.

They are a very well-run company and they are there when you need them.

The install was done on time. However, they used velcro to attach all of the components to the walls and doors. When I tried to remove some of them, they took the paint off in big strips. After 15 months of my 36 month contract, I decided to cancel my land phone line. The alarm force box will not work without an active land line. When I called to cancel my contract and send the equipment back, I was told that I could not cancel the contract. That I had to pay for all the remaining months in full. They do have a type of cellular service, but it is an extra $200 fee, and an extra price monthly, and it doesn't have the 2-way voice, and they would force me to sign another 36 month contract to get it. So my choice is to pay more to get less, or continue paying for nothing. I'm very dissatisfied that they have not kept up with technology, and that I have to pay the penalty of that. The customer service people were very arrogant when they told me that I didn't have a choice or they would ruin my credit.
