My wife & I chose my native Wilmington as the most ideal community to live and raise our three children. After living away for over a decade, it’s clear to me why so many others are making the same choice today. As a retired contractor, licensed home inspector and licensed real estate broker, I've developed an appreciation for the perils of home buying, and the need for informed professional advice. As a professional home inspector, I strive to impart an intuitive understanding of each home's condition with an emphasis on costly deficiencies. My goal is to provide competent support to the home buyer and their agent. Clients are encouraged to attend their home inspection and discover first-hand their prospective home's positive features, also the not-so-great features. The majority of our inspection reports are delivered the same evening, all reports are delivered within 36 hours. Our reports utilize state-of-the-art reporting software, including photographs and clear explanations. The information gained through our professional home inspection will help you to make informed decisions, and work confidently toward your best outcome.

This highly experienced professional spent several hours going through the house, crawl space to the roof, many issues were found, some major.

He found many things that needed my attention after we bought the house, and a couple of things that we were able to get the sellers to repair before we bought.
He is very meticulous and shows you what is the most important things and the others that can wait for fixing later.
