The price quoted by phone was very reasonable, so I scheduled the sofa cleaning. Cleaner arrived on time and hooked up hoses to clean the sofa.  Unfortunately, the cleaning job was not thorough, and, although not so noticeable when the sofa was still wet, the sofa was only partially cleaned and remained streaked with dirt in places. Also, the hose leaked and soaked the carpet in about a 3-feet square area.  After the cleaner left, I realized that the sofa arm covers had not been cleaned, so I immediately called the company. The cleaner called me back and asked if I couldn't just wash the upholstery fabric arm covers in the washer! I didn't think that was a good idea and asked him to please return to clean the arm covers, which he did.  He had not travelled far, but I voluntarily paid an extra $20 (besides the $65 charge)  for his "going the extra mile" to come back to clean the arm covers.   
Bottom, line, the sofa wasn't well cleaned.  All in all, a disappointing experience.

Duane was able to clean the sofa beyond my wildest expectations! He was punctual, polite and did a fabulous job -- I have bragged about their technician, Duane, as well as recommending the company to several people prior to adding this report. Barbara, the Office Manager was so courteous when I placed my original inquiry call for an estimate and availability for an appointment. Afterwards, she called to see if I was satisfied with the work performed. I told her I couldn?t be more pleased! Please note the PHONE NUMBER listed on the web site is incorrect. I needed a carpet cleaner at the last minute today because I had scheduled another company to clean my carpet and they "forgot" (this was their second screw up with me) ... I had taken all of my furniture out into my back yard, so I started calling other companies that I found in the yellow pages ... A & A was the first company that was able to come out right away. They were professional, prompt, priced right, and, most importantly, they did a superb job.
