We are a friendly, all certified and insured., full service facility equipped with top of the line Life Fitness cardio and selectorized equipment. We include individualized training programs geared toward educating our members on proper use of equipment to keep them safe and goal oriented. Our goal is to supply them with the knowledge and experience to enjoy the lifetime benefits of exercise. 24Fit has one each of a good variety of gym machines, plus multiple treadmills, ellipticals, free weights. Equipment is new.
When I first joined I got helpful advice on equipment use.
Generally overnight and weekends no staff is present so you are on your own, but on occasion I have come in during day business hours and asked for and gotten additional training in equipment use. Staff, when present, is helpful. Several outside trainers meet and work with their clients here.
Facility is well kept, clean and secure (24 hour video monitoring). Have had no issues with the equipment.
Other users by in large friendly and easy to cooperate with on machine access. No arbitrary time limits on equipment use.

Drinking fountains have high iron content water which you might wish to avoid. Bottled water is for sale on site or bring your own.
