The company (Sean) did a pre-drywall inspection on our new home. He was particular and detailed in his inspection. He included pictures of every area that needed attention, which helped immensely. That gave the builder something to go by and me something to compare when corrected. He also had a drone so he could check the roof. After the inspection, I contacted Sean and asked if he had time to explain at 8:00pm because I had to wait until my husband was home and he accepted. On the call he took his time and explained all he found and answered all our questions. I will definitely use Sean again and refer him to others. I have several friends who are realtors and I will definitely pass his information to them.

I recently hired Sierra Delta Home Inspections to look at a home I was preparing to purchase, and I cannot recommend Sean highly enough. From the very beginning, his professionalism, thoroughness, and attention to detail were outstanding. I asked him for a new home inspection and he was able to guide me through typical findings even before he started. After his inspection, he sent me a detailed report and explained why he wrote up what he did. Even with a new home there were issues, but he found them! He gave me peace of mind in buying the house and giving the builders all the fixes needed before we closed. I cannot recommend Sean enough and I will be calling Sierra Delta Home Inspections for my 11 Month inspection.

Sean was incredibly thorough and detailed in his inspection of our home for our one year warranty. Not only did he detail, list, and provide photos of any warranty items or concerns on our home, he also provided detailed suggested maintenance for systems and areas of the home that were not warrantable.
