Scott Zimmerman Plumbing

After a bathroom remodel gone bad I called on Scott Zimmerman to re-do the entire plumbing install. I was so grateful that he responded immediately and repaired the issues. This is a company I can depend on. I know that whatever they work on will be done timely and accurately. From now on this will be the only plumbing company I call on.

Phenomenal

Excellent. Very fast service, and quality work. Worked with the business owner who was extremely friendly and polite. His other employee that helped with the work was also easy to work with. Water heater replacement went great, and cost around what I was expecting. Check valve replacement cost was a bit of a shock considering it was a 30 minute job with two small brass parts.

We discovered a spewing hot water heater in our garage.  Scott picked up the phone despite it being after business hours, walked my husband through how to keep the cold water on (crucial with two little ones at home), and then was out to do the repairs at the time he had promised the next day.   We will call Scott with any future needs - very glad we found him!

He showed up on time, he and his assistant were cleaning dressed, covered their shoes, and did a prompt job. The job was done in less than 4 hours.

Scott was very easy to work with. He was professional and punctual. We will use him again for other projects.

The work was done in a quality fashion with very limited rework.  We passed all inspections in a timely manner, in fact one inspector questioned a missing feature which Zimmerman had actually installed correctly and had to withdraw the issue.

Scott Zimmerman was brought in by a general contractor I had hired but I worked with him directly on scheduling, final design decisions and issues and always found him courteous, forth wright and professional. 

We discovered this major leak at 6:30 am. I texted Scott Zimmerman and he was at our house at 7:15am and fixed it right away. He is very responsive, professional and reasonably priced.

Scott phoned ahead and actually got here early. He did a great job and was very helpful and informative. Will definitely call him again the next time we need a plumber.
