Ok, inspector was pointing out deficiencies, etc. good report.

The inspector did a very thorough, high quality job. He showed up promptly for the appointment and was very knowledgeable regarding construction and all of the systems, plumbing, electrical, heating, air, roof etc. The report was printed out on computer and was very comprehensive. Status of the property and available options for problems were discussed patiently and in full.

Alan Beal is the person who conducted our evaluation. He told me upfront what the cost for the services would be. He stuck to this cost. He provided me with an in-depth book about the testing and inspection. The actual home inspection cost $320 with the other checks were $410.
