Luke will work with you to meet your remodeling and building needs. Luke has helped with a few remodel projects in our home; our garage being the latest. I love that he is willing and very capable to problem solve with us. He knows how to think, "outside of the box." We bought cabinets, but they weren't meant to triple stack like we wanted - he stacked them for us and they look great and are very secure. He took great care to level, shemmy, and adjust them. He also put trim work all around the top to make it look floor to ceiling. Luke is now the first builder we call when we have needs.

Luke and Asher at O'Melia Homes are professional, diligent, friendly and kind. They did an excellent job replacing our rotten window casings on the second floor of our house and the rotten framing of our garage. They replaced the weather stripping on our garage door, and rebuilt our back deck. Luke had great ideas of how to make it much more structurally sound than before! They even came out and worked in the snow! We were very pleased with the timing of the projects.

I needed additional support added to the floor in my home, I very happy with the results! All floors surfaces are level and bounce free!
