Lawn Service
My last service date with Love for Lawns was 10/5/07. I e-mailed Mr. Conn on 10/19/07 to schedule my next service date; however, he never responded to my e-mail request. I then sent 2 subsequent e-mail messages to him, on 10/24/07 & 10/29/07, but again, my e-mails went unanswered. Mr. Conn had promptly replied to my e-mail requests for service regarding the previous 3 service dates, so I am perplexed as to why he chose to ignore my e-mail messages on 10/19, 10/24, & 10/29. I gave him ample time to reply (5 days between each e-mail). His failure to respond left me in a major bind. Needless to say, I am angry, frustrated, & disappointed regarding this situation. Fortunately, I finally found another company to mow my lawn, before I needed to use a bush hog to cut the grass.
