I have worked with Carolina Flooring & Roofing for myself and various clients who need roof inspections, roof repairs, and adding caps over vents to prevent birds from getting access. Dave has help to educate me throughout the process of roofing installation, how building inspectors don’t do a deep dive on the roof installed on new construction homes, and how roofing needs to be installed per the roof shingles manufacturer recommendations. I also learned that getting a new roof doesn’t automatically mean you get a roof warranty. Such as the installer has to be one of the manufactures approved installers, and the warranty paperwork submitted. Same goes with transferring warranties - paperwork has to be completed within 30 days of closing. What I also appreciate is that their roof inspection includes his crew getting on the roof and attempting to lift shingles to see if they are loose (something a drone inspection won’t catch). He’s always responsive and helpful. I appreciate them.

David surveyed the roof. He explained what needed to be done, and why. He explained why the roof had developed the problem. The crew arrived on time, and began the scheduled job. They worked carefully and accurately. They removed the rotten wood and defective shingles. They replaced the wood; applied the new flashing and shingles to the roof. The finished job was exactly as proposed. The results are beautiful.

CFR did an outstanding job from beginning to end on our total roof replacement. David is extremely professional, and took the time to go out of his way to help from the very beginning. The day after the hurricane we called around and David was the 1st one to get back to us, and came out for emergency tarping without delay. Our roof was hit the hardest in the area, and he helped us through the insurance process, he made sure to be present for the adjuster, and once insurance approval came through his crew worked us into the schedule for full repair before the next big storm. CFR was fair on price, and made sure that the end product exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend CFR to anyone that wants an excellent job, for the right price, for any level of roof repair. Thanks for all of your help on getting our home back to normal David! Excellent, they followed through from quote to finishing the roof for an insurance replacement when other companies would not. Dave Eve and Sandy worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to get us our roof replaced. Their detailed knowledge of the process was incredible!

Sandy in the office was great. She handled everything with our insurance company. They place drip edge which a lot of companies do not. They we're prompt and finished in 2 days. We would recommend them to anyone looking to replace the roof.

Work was never completed with the time frame it was to be done within. It took them over six extra weeks just to install the transition pieces in two doorways and then they were not done correctly and started coming back up within one day. I would never recommend them to anyone, David the owner dose not return calls or text.

You now have a beautiful floor with a quality installation, which you have expressed to us directly, stating we did a good job and everything came out better than you thought, including the leveling of your floor. As you know the floor was leveled and installed within our quoted time frame, the transition which was delayed from the manufacturer was the only delay. Your concerns were all promptly addressed and David the owner responds to customers within a reasonable time, within 24-48 hours. The delays were out of our control. The manufacturer of the floor product was at fault for errors in ordering and delivering. In order to not delay the initial install of the job, the manufacturer's territory salesman, drove several hours to personally pick up the materials and personally deliver them. The transition parts delivery was the actual delay, which was a delay from the manufacturer. As soon as it was delivered we promptly installed them. Even though we installed transition color you chose, when you did not like the color, we reordered and reinstalled. When installed, we informed you not to walk on the transitions or move the weights for 24 hours after installation or they may lift. When we were informed the transitions lifted, we promptly offered to addressed this issue. The delays on finishing installation of the transitions were due to the manufacturer and you changing your mind on color. We addressed all concerns promptly. Despite your compliments on our installation, when we invoiced you for final payment, you decided to threaten bad reviews if we did not discount your project heavily. Thank you for your final payment. Enjoy your floors Mr. [Member Name Removed], you have a quality product with a quality installation!"
