Tony quickly came out to give a quote after being called. The price he quoted me was less than half what was quoted by another service. The rain had saturated the ground and Tony recommended that we wait until the ground dries. He was concerned about damaging our lawn. I called him when the ground was dry enough and he sent his guys over that afternoon. They were quick and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. They made sure that I was happy with the clean up. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail.

Contacted the company twice to come do an estimate to remove a tree from our backyard. Each time I text our address and each time no one showed up.

I was able to schedule an appt on the very same day that I called. I'm an avid gardener and have a yard full flowers and flowering shrubs. On the morning I was set to receive the "Yard of the Month" sign to display in my yard, I awoke to find a pest I'd never seen before...bag worms! I won't go into the disgusting details but these are nasty little pests that look like something prehistoric to me. I'd never seen or heard of them until searching the internet for details. They were attached to my Juniper Bushes in the hundreds and were now roaming around on the pavement, flower pots and other unexpected parts of the garden bc my husband had "trimmed some off" thinking they were just dead parts of the tree. These creepy bugs could have absolutely ruined all of our hard work and costs us a small fortune. I was advised by some to remove my Juniper Bushes immediately which would have to be replaced (due to neighborhood HOA laws) at the very same size as the ones being removed--this would cost us a pretty penny. I called Tony's to get the estimate on the removal of 4 Junipers (2 of which were my neighbors as the bugs had now crossed over) and I contacted a separate service for extermination (Canady and Sons) to remove them from my garden. Tony was at my home within a few hours of my phone call. He explained bag worms and their treatment in great detail (I didn't even know what it was until he told me) and he advised to treat the bushes and not remove them at all. He was resistant to quote a fee for removal bc it was such a small job and you can tell that he's not all about making money from uninformed people like myself. He told me how to remove the bugs, stop them from coming back, what to buy (a $20 product at Lowe's) and further explained how to treat and preserve the Juniper's. He was really resistant to take them out or take my money. I had already scheduled the exterminator so I took his advice despite being told to remove the bushes by some others. Those "other people" told me these worms would be back, they'd destroy everything, etc, etc. I had such confidence in Tony bc he is actually an "Arborist" was more interested in helping me and my plants than taking my money. He noticed a dead Pine Tree that I thought was still alive bc it still had some greenery. He explained why it was dead or half dead and why it should be removed and offered to remove the entire pine (including grinding the stump for shavings) plus the Junipers if that's what I wanted for $250. That's a crazy good price! Tony is a true professional and an honest Arborist. Not all tree removal experts are arborists but Tony is and I couldn't have been more impressed with him! I'd recommend him any day without hesitation.

They showed up on time and was very professional. They removed the tree in less than an hour and made sure everything was left neat and clean. I would use them again in the future!

They first came out and gave us an estimate. I thought the estimate was high. Once I saw the work they were doing I think this was a fair price. They took both trees down without damaging anything around them, ground out the roots and stumps, trimmed another huge tree of some dead branches and smoothed out the entire area. All of the debris was removed. It took them maybe 2.5 hours. Very pleased.
