I called him several times he looked at the work and then never called me back! I finally got in touch with him the following week and he said he would go fix the plumbing problem on Monday a week later. I got a call from my tenant stating she still could not use here washing machine and her toilet is out of order. I call him again and he never answered. I found another plumber just today who was very nice and solved the problem. I then contacted Mr Piner to inform him his services would never be needed by me again and he just hung up. He was very unprofessional and others need to beware of this so called plumber!
